Michael Traud, director of the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management, was profiled in an article in the March issue of Philadelphia magazine about Philadelphia’s rising culinary scene. The first-ever Philly Chef Conference that Drexel hosted in January and the culinary class taught by chef Marc Vetri were also mentioned as examples of Drexel’s culinary impact.
