Report: Gay, lesbian parents face court bias

Emily Haney-Caron, a JD/PhD candidate in Drexel’s joint program in psychology and law in the College of Arts and Sciences and School of Law, was interviewed on MSNBC’s “News Nation” on April 22 about a new review revealing that LGBT parents face bias in the courts during custody disputes.
