Beth Leonberg, an assistant clinical professor in the College of Nursing and Health Professions, was interviewed in a WHYY-FM/Newsworks story on Nov. 19 about a study of nutritional labeling in chain restaurants. The study was led by Amy Auchincloss, PhD, an assistant professor in the School of Public Health.
