José (Joe) Missri, MD, FACP, FACC, FCPP, is chief of the Division of Cardiology, and the Joseph DiPalma Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine. He previously served as the chair of the Department of Medicine at Mercy Catholic Medical Center, where he was also vice president of medical affairs. Throughout his career he has demonstrated a commitment to medical education.
