As of January 1, 2020, the myHealth at Drexel Medicine program is no longer accepting new users. Current users will still be able to login and view their health care information online using your same username and password to view your chart. However, you will not be able to send a message to your doctor or request renewals of your medications using the MyHealth at Drexel Medicine Portal.
Please note that after April 1st, 2020 no new visit/medical information will be added to this chart.
The myHealth at Drexel Medicine patient portal provided access to a secure, convenient and free way to manage personal health information at Drexel Medicine. Drexel Medicine partnered with Allscripts Healthcare, under the name "Follow myHealth," to provide the patient portal to you. This portal was for Drexel Medicine visits only, and does not include Hahnemann University Hospital. Please note that this system is no longer accepting new users. Current users are still able to login and view their health care information online.
