Toast to Tenacity and City of Sisterly Love

Vision 2020 launched the Women 100 Celebration on August 26, 2020, National Women’s Equality Day, with a virtual Toast to Tenacity. That date marked 100 years since the ratification of the 19th Amendment, which guaranteed American women the right to vote in a monumental step towards women’s equality.

One year later, the grand finale of Women 100 will be an expanded Toast to Tenacity on August 26, 2021. We will celebrate women’s diversity and leadership throughout history while accelerating progress toward an even brighter future. 

The event will include live programming, music, tours of Vision 2020's award-winning "Seat at the Table" exhibition, and more, and will take place outdoors on South Broad Street in Philadelphia. The Toast will kick off a four-day City of Sisterly Love Celebration involving Vision 2020’s Proud Partners, Allies and more.

The Toast to Tenacity on August 26 will be presented by Vision 2020, headquartered at Drexel University, which will coordinate marketing for women-themed programming throughout the weekend.
