Annual giving is the foundation of all giving to Drexel University College of Medicine. Giving from alumni and friends of the College each and every year helps to provide the very best academic, scientific and clinical environments for our students. Unrestricted annual gifts are put to use at the discretion of the dean and board of trustees to areas of critical and immediate need. Donors often choose to support individual class scholarships or established scholarships that honor revered faculty and alumni. Alumni who contribute to the fund every year demonstrate their gratitude for the excellent academic and clinical education they received and a commitment to medical education for the next generation of physicians and research scientists.

In some measure, every facet of the medical education program at Drexel University College of Medicine is aided by annual gifts.

The Drexel University College of Medicine Annual Fund is an unrestricted, current-use fund that gives the leadership of the College the flexibility to pursue new programs and initiatives that directly benefit the school.

Class Scholarship Funds are endowed funds created by individual classes. Students are awarded scholarship aid from these funds each year and are asked to provide updates about their progress to the class leadership. Annual gifts can be designated to these specific class funds. Contact for more information.

The General Scholarship Fund enables alumni and friends of Drexel University College of Medicine to pool their annual gifts in support of an endowed scholarship that provides financial aid for medical students.
