Clinical Academic Departments
Students at the College of Medicine participate in required and elective clinical rotations. During their third year, medical students take required clinical clerkship rotations in medicine, surgery, pediatrics, family medicine, psychiatry and obstetrics and gynecology. In the fourth year, students gain career experience by choosing a discipline-specific Pathway or the General Professional Pathway.
It's our goal to provide a well-rounded clinical experience that allows students to explore their personal interests and gain exposure in several different areas of medicine.
