The PBA Legal Academics Committee and Young Lawyers Division proudly sponsor this free opportunity for you to hear from two experts in the field. Derek Brainard and Heather Jarvis will discuss the new federal student loan repayment policies, information regarding the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program and the state of the law on discharging student loan debt in bankruptcy and cancellation of student loan debt. They will also provide tips on taking control of your finances. The PBA happily invests in educational programs to assist the legal profession.
