Legal Education Police Practices Consortium Fellowship Program

Deadline: November 12

October 25, 2021

The Kline School of Law is a member of the ABA Legal Education Police Practices Consortium. The Consortium aims to contribute to the national effort examining and addressing legal issues in policing and public safety, including conduct, oversight, and the evolving nature of police work. The Consortium will leverage the ABA’s expertise and that of participating ABA accredited law schools to collaborate on projects to develop and implement better police practices throughout the United States.

Each member school will select a Fellow for the spring term. They will be working collaboratively with the ABA and Fellows from other member law schools. A fuller description of the Fellowship is attached.

The Fellow will receive a grant of $2000 and will be expected to work 10 hours per week over the course of the Spring Semester.

Interested students should apply by sending a brief cover letter and resume to Dean Filler at lawdean@drexel.edu. For any questions, please reach out to Dean Filler. Applications will be accepted up to November 12 at 11:59 pm ET with a decision made by the end of the month.
