Yale Law School Fellow Priscilla Smith to Discuss Reproductive Rights on Feb. 7

January 31, 2012 — Priscilla Smith, a senior fellow at the Information Society Project at Yale Law School and a veteran of legal battles over abortion, will offer a historical perspective on reproductive rights on Feb. 7.

Smith, the former legal director at the Center for Reproductive Rights in New York City, argued two cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, Ferguson v. City of Charleston and Gonzales v. Carhart.

The event, to be held at 4 pm in Room 140, is sponsored by Law Students for Reproductive Justice and co-sponsored by the American Constitution Society.
