Professor Montemarano previously served as the school's assistant dean for career and professional development and visiting assistant professor. She joined the law school after teaching legal research and writing at Rutgers School of Law - Camden. Professor Montemarano was a long-term law clerk for the Honorable Robert B. Kugler, United States District Judge. She practiced law in Philadelphia at both Cozen O'Connor and Williams and Cuker & Berezofsky, a small firm specializing in toxic torts and civil rights. Professor Montemarano received her J.D. with honors from Rutgers School of Law-Camden where she was notes and casenotes editor for the Rutgers Law Journal. She received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Virginia.
