Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution Concentration: Degree Requirements

To complete the requirements of the concentration a student must complete the 12 credits of required courses, 4 elective credits and a co-op or clinic experience:

The concentration requires an overall 2.5 minimum GPA. To receive "Honors" in the concentration, the student must have an overall GPA of 3.2 or better in the courses counted toward completion of the concentration.

Richard H. Frankel

Associate Dean of Experiential Learning Programs

Professor Frankel has extensive experience both as an appellate advocate and as a clinical teacher. He served as a teaching fellow and supervising attorney for the Georgetown University Law Center's Appellate Litigation Program. Previously, he was the Goldberg-Deitzler Fellow for Trial Lawyers for Public Justice in Washington, D.C.
