January 17, 2012

Mary-Kate Breslin, Class of 2011, recommends a new book that helps women identify career-hindering habits in a review published in the Winter 2012 edition of The Philadelphia Lawyer.

“Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office: 101 Unconscious Mistakes Women Make that Sabotage their Careers” by Lois P. Frankel offers insights for new and seasoned female lawyers, Breslin said.

The book, published by Hachette Book Group, Inc. is a both a “fun read” and a “revealing self-improvement tool,” for experienced and inexperienced women in the legal profession, Breslin said.

Breslin is a clerk to Judge Albert J. Snite Jr. of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas – Civil Division.
