Cultivating Professional Competencies: What’s Hair Got to Do with It?

Tuesday, April 20, 2021

12:00 PM-1:00 PM

Join us for a discussion on race-based hair discrimination from the different vantage points of Kline School of Law students. The panel includes an intern for a state legislator, a research assistant and a student taking Employment Law. The discussion will be led by our very own Professor Wendy Greene, who co-drafted federal and state C.R.O.W.N. Acts and has served as an expert witness for civil rights cases challenging natural hair discrimination.
