Immigration Enforcement in the Time of Trump

Professor Shoba Sivaprasad Wadhia, founding director of the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic at the Penn State Law School, will be discussing her new book Banned: Immigration Enforcement in the Time of Trump (NYU 2019). Professor Wadhia’s book examines how immigration law is changing in the Trump era, with specific attention to how officials have used their discretion to enforce immigration regulations since the election of President Trump. This event is open to all members of the community.
