Professor Amy Landers will provide an update on patent law during a plenary session of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Spring Meeting on May 17.  

Landers will join attorneys Timothy Getzoff of the Boulder, Colorado-based Holland & Hart, Kelsey I. Nix of Jones Day and Joshua L. Simmons of Kirkland & Ellis for a plenary session of the meeting, which will be held in Philadelphia.  

The director of the law school’s Intellectual Property Law program, Landers is the author of “Understanding Patent Law,” now in its third edition, co-editor of "Intellectual Property and the Public Domain" and co-author of “Global Issues in Intellectual Property Law” and “Global Issues in Patent Law.”
