Congratulations to Aakanksha Rao and Vedant Bhave on winning the Information Security Office's t-shirt design contest!

The Information Security Office is pleased to announce a t-shirt design contest for Drexel students. The winning design(s) will be turned into t-shirts and/or other merchandise to be given out to Drexel students during future campus cybersecurity events, such as our table for National Cybersecurity Awareness month in October, and prizes will be awarded to the winner(s).

Eligibility

Participant(s) must be currently enrolled as a Drexel student. Participation can be individual or in groups of no more than two students.

T-Shirt Design Requirements

• Design must:
  • be related to cybersecurity
  • follow Drexel graphic guidelines posted here -https://drexel.edu/identity/drexel/dragon-icon/
    • for university colors or other Drexel brand details like fonts, etc., you must follow guidelines posted here -https://drexel.edu/identity/drexel/color/
  • be submitted in digital format (pdf, jpg, or png format)
  • be your own original, unpublished work and must not include any third-party logos or copyrighted material(s)
  • be submitted using the student's Drexel email address to informationsecurity@drexel.edu with Subject:“T-shirt Design_your_full_name(s)” before the February 28, 2023​ March 15, 2023* deadline.
    • Note: If a group of two participants are submitting a design, please include both creators' names in the Subject line and be sure to copy the other student on the email submission to us.

Other Details

• By entering the contest, you agree that your submission is your own unpublished work, does not include any third-party logos and/or copyrighted materials, and Drexel's Information Security Office has the right to use your design(s) in future events, pamphlets; at meetings, lectures and workshops; in public presentations during meetings and other events; in promotional and educational videos; on websites maintained by the Information Security Office and on t-shirts and other marketing materials as they see fit once they are submitted by the participant(s).
• One or Two designs will be selected as winners.
• The winning design(s) will be selected by a panel including but not limited to the Chief Information Security Officer, Dr. Pablo Molina and the Chief Information Officer, Tom DeChairo.

Timeline

• January 26, 2023: Contest Opens
• February 28, 2023 March 15, 2023*: Design submission deadline *Note: the submission deadline has been extended to March 15, 2023.*
• March 30, 2023: Announcement of the winner on our website
