Adobe Acrobat Licensing Updates

In Summer 2020, the process of accessing and using Adobe products at Drexel changed, specifically Acrobat Pro, requiring all users who are eligible to receive a license to authenticate via Drexel Connect. This affects faculty and professional staff using Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Creative Cloud purchased internally through the University.
These changes are required due to Adobe's Licensing model which no longer provides a site license for all computers. For more information, see our Adobe Acrobat + Creative Cloud page.
On November 30th, 2020, the previous installations of Adobe Acrobat Pro will become unlicensed. Instructions on how to install a new licensed version of Acrobat can be found in our RemedyForce Knowledge Base (valid Drexel Connect log in required).
