New NVivo License Available

Effective March 2020 to March 2021

A new site license code for the NVivo 12 Qualitative Analysis Application is now available to the Drexel community that will be active through the end of March 2021. The previous license code that was utilized at Drexel will expire at the beginning of April 2020. For continued access, the updated license key will need to be applied.

If you are using NVivo on a Drexel-owned computer, the updated license key will be automatically applied to your computer for you, as long as you are connected to the Drexel VPN for at least 30 minutes if you are off-campus. You may be prompted to complete the activation the next time NVivo opens by clicking "Activate" on the activation window. No other changes should be required.

For Personally-owned computers (Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Students), follow the instructions in the RemedyForce Knowledge Base article for updating the NVivo license key manually.

NVivo is software for the organization, analysis, and presentation of both qualitative data, (e.g. questions and interviews) and quantifiable data (e.g. demographics). If you do not currently have NVivo installed and would like to utilize it, here's how to install it:
