Upcoming Changes to Signing in to DrexelOne and Drexel Connect

Beginning on February 13, 2019, Drexel IT will simplify the sign-on system for Drexel Connect (including DrexelOne). If, like most people at Drexel, you sign in to Drexel Connect with the same password that you use to access other Drexel services (including email, Office 365, or signing in to University-owned computers), this change does not affect you.
If you have a separate password for DrexelOne/Drexel Connect, beginning on February 13, that password will no longer work for Drexel Connect services, and almost all of your accounts will use only one password. These accounts will thus all use your current password for Drexel email, Office 365, or University-owned computers. When you use Drexel Connect on February 13 or later, use the password that you use for signing in to Drexel email, Office 365, or University-owned computers.
If you have questions or concerns, call the IT Help Desk at 215.895.2020 before February 13, if possible; call volume on that day is expected to be high.
If you aren’t sure whether you have the same password for Drexel Connect and the other Drexel services, you can find out at drexel.edu/it/checkmypassword. (Note: If that site continuously prompts you for your password, contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.)
