June 22, 2017 - Office 365 Email Migration Update
Latest Updates will appear at the top of the page.
The Office 365 information page, which includes tips and Frequently Asked Questions can be found by clicking here.
4:00 PM Update
It is now okay to set up your Office 365 email on your Mobile Device. As we posted at noon, we had inadvertently set up students and alums to require the same security/PIN/encryption policies as faculty and staff. We have since removed those rules. Please consult the Office 365 page for additional information, and don't hesitate to contact our Help Desk with any questions.
12:00 PM Update
The email address migration work is complete. Thank you for your patience. If you do not have a mail tile on the portal right away, please check again in a bit. If you continue to have issues or need further assistance, please contact our Help Desk.
DO NOT SET UP EMAIL ON YOUR PHONE OR TABLET YET. We inadvertently set up students and alums to require the same security/PIN/encryption policies as faculty and staff. We are removing those rules, but the script will take some time to work its way through 35,000 accounts. We will post an update when that has finished, so please stay tuned to this page or our Twitter account.
8:00 AM Update
The migration process is in progress and is taking longer than expected to complete.
As a result, some mailboxes are not yet fully available. Please continue to check throughout the morning.
An additional communication from Drexel IT will come from us via email, twitter, and our web site once we confirm all mailboxes have completed successfully.
