Supervisory Certificate Program

The Supervisory Certificate Program (SCP) is intended to help Drexel supervisors gain the knowledge, information and tools to become more effective members of Drexel’s management team. Now an established and sought-after offering, the SCP gives participants an opportunity to develop their professional skill sets, enhance self-confidence, and strengthen a culture of excellence. The SCP is offered by the Human Resources Talent Development team as part of a comprehensive approach to building leadership capacity throughout Drexel. Participants reflect on their experience below.

Program Requirements

"I so appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the fundamentals of supervision at my own pace, particularly being able to select electives based on my more direct interests. Also wonderful was the chance to network with colleagues from various schools and departments across the University."
