New Hire Paperwork

Newly hired employees will receive access to their new hire paperwork via the onboarding email sent to them by Drexel Human Resources. These forms must be completed and submitted before a new employee can be added to the Drexel payroll systems, gain access to appropriate computer accounts, and if relevant, obtain a Drexel ID card.

Additionally, an employee must complete an I-9 form and show documentation to verify their identity and authorization to work in the United States.

Employees will be sent an email from Drexel Human Resources to complete Section 1 of the I-9 form using the electronic I-9 system (Tracker Complete). Section 2 is completed by presenting acceptable identification documents in person at the Human Resources office or during New Employee Orientation (for Faculty and Professional Staff).

Please access the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services website for a list of identification documents that Drexel may accept from employees to complete the I-9 form. These documents must be original and unexpired (copies, photos, expired documents, etc. are not accepted).
