Wednesday, June 9, 2021

1:00 PM-2:00 PM

Chronic inflammation creates stressors in the body that can cause ongoing health challenges. Discuss the science of anti-inflammatory foods, unpack some myths, and learn how to apply nutrient-dense home cooking for the entire family.

Jonathan Deutsch, PhD. Professor in the Department of Food and Hospitality Management in the College of Nursing and Health Professions, and Rachel Sherman, pastry chef and Drexel Food Lab project manager, designed this presentation to help you feel more comfortable adapting your culinary skills and habits—or creating new ones.
