For most people, adjusting their perception and viewpoint can help them adapt more successfully to changing roles and environments. This workshop will be presented by Health Advocate.

    D Forde, MPH - Nutritionist, PhD Nutrition student and Ally Mora, MS - Nutritionist will present this workshop.
    In this presentation, D and Ally will discuss common nutrients that most people struggle to meet the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) for. This includes calcium, fiber, magnesium, and Vitamin D. They will provide insights into why these nutrients are so important for health and discuss common barriers to meeting the guidelines. Additionally, they will present creative, nutrient-packed recipes designed to help individuals effortlessly incorporate more of these critical nutrients into their daily diet.
