Diversity in Medicine Research Symposium

We wanted to inform you that Aspiring Physician Executives (APEX) will be planning DUCOM's second annual Diversity in Medicine Symposium during Diversity Week on Friday, January 24th 2025 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. This event will include judges for those presenting their work, food, and prizes with certificates for the three highest scoring presenters, which will be announced at a later date. Below you will find information regarding deadlines and formatting for your materials. If your poster is not submitted online by the date listed below, your poster may not be considered for receiving a prize. All research types are accepted but abstracts that are adherent to the topic of the symposium (i.e. Business, Social Determinants of Health, Health Equity, Community Health, Translational Research, Clinical, etc.) are prioritized for acceptance to present. Note: The Diversity in Medicine Symposium planning committee is working to provide a virtual space where you and your team's work can be preserved to showcase the accomplishments of Drexel students. Please plan ahead by asking your team and PI(s) if they are comfortable with your submitted poster being posted on our a future website.
