You must be a graduating Drexel undergraduate student or recent graduate of a Drexel undergraduate degree program (on campus or online) from the 2019-2020 or 2020-2021 Academic Years (starting with fall 2019) to be eligible for the scholarship.

Are graduate students eligible for the scholarship?

You must be a graduating Drexel undergraduate student or recent graduate of a Drexel undergraduate degree program (on campus or online) from the 2019-2020 or 2020-2021 Academic Years to be eligible for the scholarship.

What if I already started or am continuing in a participating graduate program?

You must be newly matriculating into an eligible graduate program in the winter 2021, spring 2021, summer 2021, or fall 2021 terms to be eligible for the scholarship. Some programs have additional requirements.

How do I apply?

There is no separate or special application for the scholarship program. You should apply for a participating graduate program as normal via the appropriate application website. If you graduated from a Drexel undergraduate program (on campus or online) in an eligible term, applied to a participating graduate program, and are applying to an eligible term, if admitted, you will automatically be awarded the scholarship.

What if I am already admitted to a participating graduate program for an eligible term?

You will automatically be considered for the scholarship based on the eligibility criteria. You will receive more information from your individual college or school regarding next steps. Please see the next question below regarding eligible 4+1 (4COP Accelerated Program) degree programs.

I am an accelerated degree program student. How do I apply?

Eligible students continuing through a participating 4+1 (4COP Accelerated Program) degree program who will fully convert to graduate student status in Summer 2021 or Fall 2021 should let their program advisor know that they wish to participate in the scholarship program. Once the student has applied for Master’s student status, and papers have been approved by The Graduate College, the student record will be updated. Once fully converted to graduate student status, the scholarship will be applied.

What if I have already been awarded a scholarship or discount from the program I have been admitted to?

Scholarships and discounts are not stackable. You will have the option to keep your initial award or participate in the scholarship program. Please reach out to your college or school scholarship contact and let them know you would like to participate.

What is the deadline to apply?

There is no special deadline for this scholarship. The application deadlines are listed on the Graduate Admissions website. If you have additional questions, please contact the college or school representative listed on the scholarship website or email enroll@drexel.edu.
