Managing Up, Down, Across the Organization

Saturday, March 21, 2020

1:00 PM-4:00 PM

Organizations are complex, and today’s most effective employees must have the ability to influence, oversee, assign, delegate and drive timely results. You may find that as your career progresses, your role frequently involves motivating and managing outside your direct span of control. All of which requires the hybridization of interpersonal and behavioral skills.

Appropriately, the new hybrid jobs involve using both tactical skills and mastering the more elusive people skills required to successfully manage both people and projects to completion through the skills and efforts of others.

This workshop focuses on the interpersonal skills that will engage and inspire individuals and teams to produce greater employee satisfaction—and enhance business performance. REGISTER>
