Since 2011, Dr. Serich has taught courses with the Drexel University Multidisciplinary and Emerging Programs as well as project management graduate programs at Goodwin College of Professional Studies. Courses he taught include: Project Estimation and Cost Management, Procurement Management, and Project Planning and Scheduling.
Dr. Serich is also the Director of Interoperability Programs at Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), in Wayland, MA, where he supports their participation in the Project Interoperability initiative, sponsored by the United States government program for the Information Sharing Environment.
Dr. Serich is a reviewer for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Systems, Man and Cybernetics: B; Management Science; Electronic Commerce Research and Operations Research. He is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honorary business administration society, and Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society.
Dr. Serich earned his JD in 2012 from the Concord Law School, Kaplan University. In 2000, he received his PhD in Computer and Information Systems from the University of Michigan. He also has a Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification from the Project Management Institute.
