Virtual Global Exchange Series

The Office of Global Engagement is pleased to launch a series of virtual lectures for students to join from Drexel and Drexel’s exchange partners to continue to promote global collaboration. Each session will have a specific global theme and will led by faculty members, academics and other professionals in the field who will moderate the discussion between students.

The first session of the series was Wednesday, April 22 at 9:30 am EST. The topic is Global Entrepreneurship for Social Change, led by Emilee Simmons, PhD and Charles (Chuck) Sacco. Dr. Simmons has a substantial academic and business experience delivered across Higher Education, Creative Industries and Social Enterprises, utilizing researched expertise within Entrepreneurship and Business Development. Chuck is the Assistant Dean of Strategic Initiatives and the Director of the Baiada Institute for Entrepreneuship. His career includes a track-record of launching and growing businesses in the fields of entreprise software, business process management and mobile apps.
