Casey is the Coordinator for the Office of Global Engagement. Casey manages the office’s front desk responsibilities, facilitates Study Abroad 101 sessions, processes application materials including academic planning forms, course reports and transcripts. She is responsible for planning year-long Global Engagement programs and events that expose students to global issues and international perspectives and supports international partnership development and international research collaborations. She received her BA in Global Studies and French/Francophone Studies from Carnegie Mellon University in 2017, during which she studied abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France and participated in a spring break trip to Northern Ireland. After graduating, Casey spent 7 months working as an English Language Assistant in Lille, France. After working abroad and before joining the Office of Global Engagement, Casey participated in a year-long service program in Pittsburgh, where she served at Tickets for Kids Charities.
