Gilman Scholar to Equatorial Guinea 2014

Biology BS, 2015

Araks was born in Armenia and relocated to California when she was five. She moved to Philly to attend Drexel. She is currently a Junior studying Biology with a concentration in Ecology. She will be using her Gilman Scholarship to study abroad on Bioko Island in Equatorial Guinea this winter. She is very excited to go to Bioko, especially since she has never been to Africa.
