The 2017 Udall Scholarship Application is now open!

Nomination Deadline: December 1, 2016

Are you committed to making a difference through a career related to the environment or tribal policy?

The Udall Scholarship is open to college sophomores and pre-/juniors who have demonstrated leadership and commitment in areas related to the environment (or to tribal policy). The award offers up to $7,000 plus extensive networking opportunities. The Udall Foundation seeks future leaders across a wide spectrum of environmental fields, including policy, engineering, science, education, urban planning and renewal, business, health, justice, and economics.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a US Citizen, National, or Permanent Resident
  • Have 1-3 years of full-time undergraduate study remaining
  • Be nominated by your home institution

Udall Scholars typically have a track record of promoting environmental issues, a desire for problem-solving or consensus-building, demonstrated leadership potential and a vision for how they're going to make a difference. See Drexel students who have won the Udall Scholarship.
