BS in Mechanical Engineering (Graduation June 2019)
Minor: STEM Education
Bio:Emily Koskey is a 4th year Mechanical Engineering student with interests in mechanical design and real life applications of engineering principles. Her goal is to use her minor in STEM Education to teach high school physics and math, and bridge the gap between engineering in high school and how it works in college. She wants to help schools create better curriculum that is inquiry based, allowing students to get hands on learning experiences.
Emily works for ExCITe as a half of her co-op, helping develop curriculum for the center's summer programs. In her spare time, she enjoys binging anything on Netflix, especially Marvel movies or shows, listening to Broadway musical soundtracks, and playing with her two cats.
