Bio:
Kevin is a pre-junior pursuing a individualized undergraduate degree that combines the studies of cryptography and the arts. He is also pursuing a minor in German Language and an accelerated graduate degree in Homeland Security Management. Much of Kevin's work is focused on the mathematical and linguistic intersections between music and cryptography, and ways to exploit these intersections to hide information effectively. Specific areas of interest to Kevin include steganography, watermarking and digital media forensics, as well as these technologies' applications to national and international security.
Kevin worked at ExCITe Center through September 2014 as its ExCITe Assistant, working on web and app development for the Center while further exploring digital steganography and watermarking, and leveraging these techniques to create novel applications. He currently works for the Drexel APP Lab as an APP Lab Assistant.
