Financials

WebFinance

WebFinance is a tool used to manage and track financial transactions within start-up and research grant accounts. Faculty need to be trained in WebFinance to be able to access information about their accounts and spending.

Procurement

Faculty should visit procurement to learn how to obtain a Purchasing Card and for information about Smart Source, Drexel’s online purchasing tool.

Communications

Faculty with news of important research breakthroughs, prominent discoveries, and awards should notify Dorilona Rose (dr62@drexel.edu) and complete a communications project request form to share the information.

Faculty are encouraged to seek out opportunities to be nominated for or to apply to prominent awards and accolades. Faculty should contact Dorilona Rose (dr62@drexel.edu) to discuss opportunities for awards nominations or to report awards for which they are being nominated or have received.
