AP, IB and Transfer Credits

Did you know that your AP Exams, Transfer Credits, IB Exams, and A Level Exams could affect your first term schedule?

Check your Drexel email! In late August, you will receive communication to your Drexel email address regarding the advanced credits you have been offered. These credits will be available to view in Drexel One on your academic transcript. You can also view the Drexel Advanced Credit Crosswalk for more information.

  • If you did not receive an email, we most likely did not receive your AP test scores or college transcript. Follow the College Board website for details on when your scores will be sent and be sure to have Drexel University marked as your designated recipient. If you have any questions, please contact your advisor.
  • ALSO, students who took IB or A Level exams in high school may also qualify for transfer credit. Please have the International Baccalaureate or A Level transcript sent directly to our Undergraduate Admissions office.
  • For student who took college courses while in high school you may qualify for transfer credit as well. Please send your official college transcript as well as the HS dual enrollment verification form to our admissions office. An evaluation of these courses will be completed when both documents are received.
