Minor in Project Management

The Project Management program is not currently accepting students into this minor.

Project management focuses on the management of teams of people and other resources in the planning, design, execution, and implementation of various aspects of projects in practically every industry. The Project Management program offers an undergraduate minor in Project Management open to Drexel undergraduates in any major. The minor is designed to support the growing need for project management undergraduate education. It provides students with the skills necessary to perform successfully as a member of a project management team.

The Undergraduate Minor in Project Management consists of 24.0 credits or 8 courses (5 required and 3 electives) and will prepare students to pursue the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® or Project Management Professional (PMP)® credentials from the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. It also provides a foundation for graduate education in project management.

Like the graduate-level courses in our programs, courses in the Undergraduate Minor in Project Management are offered online allowing students in the minor to take classes while on co-op.

For more detailed information about the requirements and course descriptions for the Graduate Certificate in Project Management, please see the Drexel University Course Catalog.
