Project Management

Welcome to the website of the Project Management program at Drexel University, where students are given a solid foundation in project management that will set them apart from the crowd in today’s industry.

Drexel’s Project Management program is ideal for professionals in any industry, at any stage of their career.  Our mission is to develop graduates who possess insightful strategic vision, excellent analytical decision-making capabilities; leadership skills; and integrative judgment needed to achieve successful project and programs results. Our graduates serve as project leaders and team members who add value through innovation, customer focus, prudence, integrity, and professional responsibility, consistent with the objectives of the projects and programs in which they are involved, and the organizations they support.

Recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) ® as a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.), our cutting-edge curriculum is aligned with PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and is designed to support the completion of the Certified Associate in Project Management certification (CAPM)® and the Project Management Professional certification (PMP)®.

We are proud to offer programs built around the fundamental understanding of the increasingly vital and complex role of the project manager whether it be in information technology, software development, systems integration, construction management, healthcare, government, defense, or any other industry.
