Graduation Clearance and Diploma Mailings

Representatives in each college are currently reviewing and clearing students for graduation. Once this academic clearance has been issued, the Office of the University Registrar will start to mail diplomas to the address students indicated on their application for degree. Once a diploma has been mailed, the student will recieve an email that includes a tracking number. Students will also see the status of their application for degree change in DrexelOne.
To check the status of an application for degree:
- Visit DrexelOne and select the Academics tab.
- Select "More BannerWeb Student Services" in the Grades, Transcripts, and Records channel.
- Select "Student Records" from the list.
- Select "View Your Application(s) for Degree."
Please note it can take eight to 10 weeks from the point of graduation for a student to receive their diploma.
