The accelerated Bachelors of Science/Master of Public Health allows undergraduates to complete both bachelor’s and master’s degree in five years.
With the accelerated program, students earn their BS after four years and then receive their MPH degree one year later.
Students are able to gain admission to the program through two avenues:
- Direct application into the program on the Drexel University common application.
- Student may be evaluated for the BS/MPH program at the end of the freshman year or first quarter of the sophomore year. If a prospective student meets all the necessary requirements and has room in their academic schedule, they will be a candidate to apply to the program in their junior year.
GRE test scores are not a requirement of the application process.
BS/MPH Admissions Requirements
Accelerated students will begin taking graduate courses during their senior year. During the hybrid senior year, students maintain undergraduate status in which their undergraduate scholarships and financial aid apply toward all courses.
Accelerated students are eligible to receive merit-based scholarships during the graduate year.
