Kimberly has a long and successful prior employment history with a major insurance company before joining the Compliance Office in 2000. She is primarily responsible for providing assistance to the Vice President Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. Kim also assists the Directors of Compliance and Privacy Services and maintains the day to day appointment scheduling for all. Kim is responsible for coordinating production of all compliance data-base and report activities.

Madeline joined the Compliance Office as a Compliance Analyst in 2006. Prior to this Madeline worked as a senior coder for the Departments of Radiology and Cardiology. She is a Certified Profession Coder. Madeline is responsible for conducting audits and assists in the education of physicians and residents. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration, with a minor in Medical Coding and Medical Billing from Drexel University.

Michelle Thompson, CPC

Compliance Analyst

Michelle is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). She joined the department of Compliance, Privacy and Internal Audit in 2016 as a Compliance Analyst.  Michelle has been with Drexel University for over 30 years. Michelle worked with the Drexel Cardiothoracic Surgery department as the Primary Coder. In 2014, she transitioned to the Drexel College of Medicine Clinical Informatics Group. During her time with the Clinical Informatics Group, Michelle supported the Meaningful Use Project, by completing the Meaningful Use Attestations for Eligible Providers. Michelle also worked with the Pay for Performance initiative between Drexel University College of Medicine and Health Care Insurance carriers.
