Missed Appointment Policy
We request 24-hour’s notice when canceling an appointment to help other students looking to schedule. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notification or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, it is considered a missed session. Students who have three missed sessions in a rolling three month period, including intake appointments, will lose eligibility for counseling services and will not be scheduled another appointment for the remainder of the term, or if it occurs at the end of the quarter will not be scheduled during the next term. In this case, the Center can assist the student in finding a referral in the community.
