May 13, 2016
Meghan Butryn, PhD, has accepted an invitation to serve as a standing member of a National Institutes of Health (NIH) study section. Butryn will be serving on the Psychosocial Risk and Disease Prevention Study Section for a 4-year term beginning July 1, 2016. Members are selected on the basis of their achievement in their scientific discipline as evidenced by the quality of research accomplishments, publications in scientific journals and other significant scientific activities and honors. Membership on a study section represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the national biomedical research effort.
