This is Writers Room
April 26, 2016
Rachel Wenrick, associate teaching professor of English, at the Writers Room First Anthology Release Party
Directed by English prof Rachel Wenrick and located at the Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnerships, Writers Room is a place for writing, reading, thinking and being. Here, members of the Mantua, Powelton Village and Drexel communities create a shared story.
Writers Room offers a variety of programming, including a once-monthly writing workshop series and one-on-one feedback sessions for writers, as well as side-by-side courses that incorporate community members, Drexel students, staff and faculty. If you haven’t attended a Writer’s Room event before, we can assure you — it’s an experience you won’t want to miss.
