Drexel University’s flexible Master's in Communication allows you to tailor your degree to your career goals. You’ll choose from one of three concentrations and have the opportunity to take electives from across the University – from public health to marketing.

Public Communication

Public Communication has much to offer those looking to work in journalism, public relations and nonprofit communication. Students can choose from courses such as Event Planning, Investigative Journalism, Grant Writing, Strategic Social Media Communication, and Public Relations Planning.

Technical Communication

Technical Communication provides skills in technical writing, software documentation and technical editing to prepare students for careers in a wide range of industries, from social networking to publishing to health care. Students choose from courses such as Technical Writing, Document Design and Evaluation, Ethics and Editing.

Science & Health Communication

Science Communication leads to careers in the medical, science and pharmaceutical fields. Students can choose from courses such as Science Writing, Medical Journalism, Document Design and Evaluation, Public Health Campaigns and Ethics.
