Undergraduate Physics Research
An important part of Drexel's undergraduate program is the opportunity for students to participate in research. Becoming involved in physics research as an undergraduate provides students with hands-on experience in the field and helps them to expand their knowledge in areas that cannot be learned through classes.
Participating in research also teaches students how to effectively communicate ideas and develop critical and analytical skills. And it’s an excellent opportunity to gain one-on-one interaction with faculty and other members of a research group.
Students are encouraged to contact faculty members who they are interested in working with and to discuss opportunities and projects.
