Drexel Society of Physics Students Wins Three National Awards

Drexel Chapter of the Society of Physics Students (SPS) won three national awards from the American Institute of Physics.
Drexel's SPS has been honored with a Marsh W. White Award for their outreach activities. This is the 6th consecutive year that the SPS has received this national award.
It has been also recognized with the Outstanding SPS Chapter Award for the 3rd year in a row.
Additionally, the chapter was the recipient of the Sigma Pi Sigma Undergraduate Research Award, which funds a student-run research project. This year the chapter is working on a "Three-Dimensional Electronic Hand-Tracking System".
