DEAN'S LECTURE SERIES: CORPORATE SOCIAL (IR)RESPONSIBILITY

Wednesday, February 21, 2024

2:00 PM-3:00 PM

Join us for the Dean's Lecture Series when Nahyun Kim, PhD, assistant professor of Communication, presents “Corporate Social (Ir)responsibility” on February 21.

Dr. Kim's research centers on how the public evaluates, accepts, or rebukes corporate activities in the context of corporate social (ir)responsibility and its consequences. During her talk, she will delve into her studies that explore how a company's unethical business practices influence people's perception of corporate hypocrisy and how they emotionally respond to the company when it faces a crisis situation.

The Dean's Lecture Series introduces research and scholarship by new faculty members in the College of Arts and Sciences to our larger Drexel community.

Register at this link. Light refreshments will be served.
